THE SCHOOL

South Burlington High School is a comprehensive high school with an enrollment of approximately 900 students in grades 9-12. The school presently offers Advanced Placement courses in 19 subjects, including English, social studies, mathematics, world language, technology, and science. We team with the College Board to offer an AP program that enables willing and academically prepared students to pursue college-level studies, with the opportunity to earn college credit, while still in high school. Upon successful completion of an AP course and achievement on the Advanced Placement exam, students can typically earn college credit or placement into advanced courses at many of the nation’s colleges and universities.
